| Recipe Method |
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the fennel and wine over medium-low heat until fennel is tender and begins to brown or caramelize.
Combine the Au Gratin Potatoes, cooked fennel, cheddar cheese, thyme and boiling water in a large bowl.
Pour into a 2” half hotel pan.
Bake in a preheated 400°F convection oven covered with foil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. |
