| Recipe Method |
Step 1
Sauté the garlic, Mediterranean Blend and garbanzo beans in the olive oil over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes.
Add the spices and chicken stock to the pan. Bring to a boil.
Mix in couscous. Cover pan; remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
Mix in the mint and half of the almonds. Sprinkle the remaining almonds on couscous in serving bowl. |
