| Saifun Noodles, chop dry noodles in half |

| Shrimp, cooked, chopped |

| Recipe Method |
Step #1
In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients from Step #1. Set aside.
Step #2
Place noodles in large bowl, cover with boiling water.
Allow noodles to soak for 20 minutes or until tender.
Rinse with cold water and drain.
Place noodles in large stainless steel mixing bowl.
Step #3
Place Simplot Culinary Select Midori Blend in boiling, salted water for 1-2 minutes, drain and chill before adding the noodles.
Add the cooked pork, shrimp, green onions & dressing to the noodles. Toss to coat.
Place salad in serving bowl and garnish with chopped peanuts. |
