Ingredients
Step #1
Sesame Oil 4 fl oz
Fish Sauce 3 fl oz
Lemon Juice 3 fl oz
White Sugar 3 tbsp
Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp

Saifun Noodles, chop dry noodles in half 8 oz
Step #3
Simplot Culinary Select Midori Blend 32 oz
Pork, ground, browned, drained 16 oz
Shrimp, cooked, chopped 2 oz
Green Onion, bias sliced 2 oz
Peanuts, chopped 2 oz
Recipe Method
Step #1
  • In small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients from Step #1. Set aside.
    Step #2
  • Place noodles in large bowl, cover with boiling water.
  • Allow noodles to soak for 20 minutes or until tender.
  • Rinse with cold water and drain.
  • Place noodles in large stainless steel mixing bowl.
    Step #3
  • Place Simplot Culinary Select Midori Blend in boiling, salted water for 1-2 minutes, drain and chill before adding the noodles.
  • Add the cooked pork, shrimp, green onions & dressing to the noodles. Toss to coat.
  • Place salad in serving bowl and garnish with chopped peanuts.
