GREEK SHRIMP PASTA
Here's a quick and easy meal featuring RoastWorks Alfredo Pasta with Flame-Roasted Vegetables.
Ingredients
Olive Oil 2 fl oz
Garlic, chopped 1 tbsp
Shrimp, peeled, tail-on, 26-30 ct. 16 oz
Rosemary, fresh, chopped 1 tbsp
White Wine 6 fl oz
Simplot Alfredo Pasta w/ Flame-Roasted Vegetables 40 oz
Roma Tomatoes, seeded & diced 14 oz
Shrimp Broth 4 fl oz
Feta Cheese, crumbled 4 1/2 oz
Recipe Method
  • In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté the garlic in the olive oil.
  • Add the shrimp and rosemary. Sauté the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes or until they are almost cooked and opaque.
  • Remove the shrimp from the pan and deglaze with the white wine.
  • Add the Alfredo Pasta with the Flame-Roasted Vegetables, tomatoes and the shrimp broth to the pan, cover and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
  • Add the shrimp back to the cooked pasta and toss with the feta cheese.
