| Recipe Method |
Step #1 Saute the celery, onion, and garlic in butter until tender and translucent. Step #2 In a large mixing bowl, blend the sauteed vegetables, pork, Simplot IQF Golden Delicious Apples, eggs, stuffing cubes, parsley, Minors base mixed in the water, sage, and salt. Place the stuffing blend in a 2" half-hotel pan sprayed with pan release. Bake in a 350°F convection oven for 65 to 75 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Cover the stuffing with foil after 30 minutes if top becomes too dark and brown. |
