| Recipe Method |
| Combine cream and half-and-half in a heavy sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Spray a 2" full-sized hotel pan with non-stick spray. Arrange half of the Simplot FREEZERFRIGE Slices in the bottom of the pan in an even layer.
Season potatoes with half of the salt and pepper. Sprinkle 3 oz each of the Cheddar, Jack, Bleu, and Parmesan cheeses over the potatoes.
Arrange remaining potatoes over top. Season with remaining salt, pepper, and cheeses. Pour heated cream and half-and-half over top of pan.
Cover pan with foil and place in a 325°F convection oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and allow top to brown, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with sliced green onions.
