| Recipe Method |
Step #1
Place all Honey Basting ingredients into 1 quart stainless bowl and mix well.
Step #2
Place RoastWorks Roasted Yukon Gold Wedges in large bowl and mix with the above sauce to coat well.
Place coated potatoes on a sheet pan that has been layered with foil.
Place in a 375°F oven and bake 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place in serving pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Garnish with dill sprigs.
