Talk about a golden opportunity: these Yukon Golds are easy to prepare and perfect as a signature side dish or a stand-alone appetizer.
Ingredients
Step #1 (Honey Basting Sauce)
Mayonnaise 4 oz
Honey 4 oz
Orange Juice 3 fl oz
Lime Juice 1 fl oz
Dijon Mustard 1 oz
Dill, fresh, chopped 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Step #2
RoastWorks Roasted Yukon Gold Wedges 40 oz
Salt 2 tsp
Dill Sprigs for garnish
Recipe Method
Step #1
  • Place all Honey Basting ingredients into 1 quart stainless bowl and mix well.
    Step #2
  • Place RoastWorks Roasted Yukon Gold Wedges in large bowl and mix with the above sauce to coat well.
  • Place coated potatoes on a sheet pan that has been layered with foil.
  • Place in a 375°F oven and bake 14 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and place in serving pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt.
  • Garnish with dill sprigs.
