| Recipe Method |
| Place all vegetables into stainless mixing bowl and blend well.
Add margarine and all spices and blend well with vegetables.
Place 6 ounces of vegetables into the middle of each foil sheet.
Take each corner of foil sheet and gather up in the center and crimp the corners.
Place foil Hobo-Packs on sheet pans and bake in a 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
For service, open pack; top with 1/4 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese and serve. |
