ROAST PEPPER SALSA

With almost three decades of culinary experience, Tim Soufan is one of the preeminent multi-unit business-oriented chefs in the country. During his career, he has let culinary teams and created new restaurant concepts at several restaurant groups, including Denny's, T.G.I. Friday's and Pappas Restaurants. He has also developed menus for the high-volume airline catering business, Skychefs, and worked at the restaurants in the five-star Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris. Raised in France, Soufan studied at Le Cordon Bleu de Paris and the School of Business Administration at the University of Houston.
