- Perfectly ripened 100% Hass Avocado halves, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, tomato and seasonings in a vacuum-sealed bag, and then frozen to lock in flavor and natural color.

| Prep Instructions |
- Remove bags from case. Thaw sealed bags in refrigerator (40°F) for 16 to 24 hours. To make guacamole, knead together avocados and seasoning mixture in the bag until the desired texture. (Or place contents in bowl and mix.)
- Keep surfaces covered. Use refrigerated guacamole within 2 days. Keep frozen. Do not thaw in microwave.
