    • TO SERVE COLD: For food safety and quality prepare vegetable as stated below. Then cool as rapidly as possible to refrigerated temperature.
    • STOVE TOP: Turn temperature to high. Bring 4 qts water to boil in a 7 qt pot. Add frozen vegetables to boiling water. Cook 2 minutes for 1 lb or 3 minutes for 2 lbs. Stir occasionally.
    • STEAMER: Arrange frozen vegetables in a slotted half-size steam table pan. Cook 1 1/2 minutes for 1 lb or 2 1/2 minutes for 2 lbs.
    • SAUTE 14" PAN: Heat 1/4 cup oil add frozen vegetable. Cook 12 minutes for 2 lbs. Stir constantly.
    • MICROWAVE (1100 watt): Arrange 4 oz. vegetables in a microwave dish. Add 1 tbsp water. Cover. Cook on high 1 3/4 minutes.
    • MICROWAVE (1100 watt): Arrange 1 lb vegetables in a microwave dish. Add 2 tbsp water. Cover. Cook on high 6 1/2 minutes.
    • MICROWAVE (2200 watt): Arrange 4 oz. vegetables in a microwave dish. Add 1 tbsp water. Cover. Cook on high 1 minute.
    • MICROWAVE (2200 watt): Arrange 1 lb vegetables in a microwave dish. Add 2 tbsp water. Cover. Cook on high 3 minutes.
