    Specifications
    • Coarse-grain cornmeal combined with Parmesan, Romano and Asiago cheeses to create an aromatic, flavorful side in minutes. UpSides Polenta is scratch-quality made simple providing maximum menu appeal and minimum steps in your kitchen. Set your plates apart with originality and on-trend flavors.
    Prep Instructions   
    • Thaw polenta by removing tray from case and placing in refrigerator (<40°F) one day prior to use. Thawed trays/rounds can stay refrigerated up to 5 days before discarding. For 3 lb. trays, cut polenta sheet into desired 3.5 oz. shapes, heat and serve.
    • Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 350°F. To minimize polenta from sticking to fryer basket, place fryer basket into oil, then carefully place polenta into basket using tongs. Fry for 4 minutes.
    • Stove top or pan sauté: Heat 2 Tbsp. of oil in a medium sauté pan on medium heat. Using tongs, carefully place polenta into hot pan. Sauté each side 3 1/2 minutes.
    • Use caution when adding polenta to hot oil to prevent burns caused by splattering oil.
    • Convection Oven: Preheat convection oven to 425°F. Spray or place oil on cooking tray. Place polenta on tray and coat tops of polenta with oil. Cook polenta for 8 minutes.
