| Prep Instructions |
- Measure ½ gallon of boiling water into a 4"x½" size steam table pan.
- Add entire pouch of seasoned potatoes all at once using a spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes.
- Let stand on steam table 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- Stir well and serve.
- For 27 servings (4" Half Pan) use the following measurements: ½ gallon water and 1 pouch potatoes.
- For 54 servings (6" Half Pan) use the following measurements: 1 gallon water and 2 pouches potatoes.
