- Steamer: 1. Arrange 40 oz. frozen potatoes in half-size hotel pan. 2. Add 2 Tbsp butter. Do not cover. 3. Cook 10 minutes.
- Microwave (1100Watt): 1. Arrange ½ bag (20 oz.) frozen potatoes in microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 Tbsp butter. Cover. 3. Microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes , stirring half way through cook time.
- Microwave (2200Watt): 1. Arrange ½ bag (20 oz.) frozen potatoes in microwave-safe dish. 2. Add 1 Tbsp butter. Cover. 3. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes , stirring half way through cook time.
- Convection Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Arrange 40oz. frozen potatoes in a single layer on baking pan. Add 2 Tbsp butter (optional). 4. Stir halfway through cook time to distribute seasoning. 5. Bake 15 minutes.
- Standard Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450F. 2. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Arrange 40 oz. frozen potatoes in pan. Add 2 Tbsp butter. 4. Bake 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes for even heating.
- Combi Oven: 1. Set hot air to 375F, steam to 75% and fan to 100%. 2. Spray foil covered 11x17" sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Arrange frozen potatoes evenly on pan. 4. Bake on middle rack for 10 minutes, rotating tray after 5 minutes for even cooking. 5. After 5 minutes stir potatoes to distribute seasoning evenly.
