- Yields 480 servings per case (3.2 fl oz each or a #10 scoop each).

| Prep Instructions |
- Measure 1 gallon* (128 oz) hot water (160° to 180°) into 4“ full-size steam table pan.
- Using a spatula, gently stir while adding entire bag of potatoes. DO NOT WHIP!
- Place immediately on steam table. Serve.
- For creamier mashed potatoes add more hot water or hot milk.
