| Prep Instructions |
- Stovetop: Spray large nonstick frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat pan on medium-high. Add frozen potatoes and vegetables to hot pan. Cook for 9- 12 minutes, stirring as needed for even heating.
- Standard Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a single layer on pan. Bake for 12 to 17 minutes.
- Griddle: Preheat griddle to 450°F. Spread 2 tablespoons of oil over griddle. Arrange potatoes and vegetables in a thin layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning as needed for even heating.
