Skincredibles®: Chunks 6/6lb 6.0 lb
RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions 6/2.5lb 40.0 oz
Marinara sauce 57.0 fl oz
Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked, & drained 48.0 oz
Eggs, scrambled, cooked 40.0 count
Italian seasoning 2.0 tbsp
Italian cheese blend, shredded 32.0 oz


  • Prepare Skincredibles Chunks according to package directions.
  • Combine Peppers & Onions, marinara, and sausage. Set mixture aside.
  • Place one-third of the Chunks into a 4" deep hotel pan. Top with one-third sauce mixture and half of the eggs. Sprinkle with one tablespoon of Italian seasoning and one-third of the cheese. Repeat and finish with a layer of cheese.
  • Bake at 375° F for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and internal temperature is 165°F. Let rest 20 minutes prior to serving.
