Garlic/Cracked Pepper Seasoned Shore-Style Fries:

Garlic Powder 2.0 tbsp
Cracked Pepper 2.0 tbsp

Garlic Butter Shore-Style Fries:

Butter 4.0 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 4.0 tbsp
Italian Parsley, Chopped 4.0 tbsp
Cracked Pepper 4.0 tbsp

Instructions

Garlic/Cracked Pepper Seasoned Shore-Style Fries:

  • Cook fries according to instructions on package. Toss mixture with hot fries and serve promptly.

Garlic Butter Shore-Style Fries:

  • Cook fries according to instructions on package. Keep warm. Place butter into a small sauté pan on low and melt butter. Add garlic to melted butter and cook for approximately two minutes, do not brown. Remove from heat add chopped parsley. Toss mixture with hot fries and serve promptly.
