Ingredients

Step #1 (Cheese Sauce):

Ingredient Measurement
Butter, unsalted 4.0 oz
Milk 4.0 fl oz
Processed white cheese, cubed 16.0 oz
Green chiles, canned, diced 8.0 oz
Salt and pepper to taste

Step #2 (Sliders):

Ingredient Measurement
Beef patties, slider sized, prepared 20.0 count
Bent Arm Ale®: Beer Battered Lattice Cut 6/4.5lb 40.0 count
RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Peppers & Onions 6/2.5lb 15.0 oz
Jalapeno, sliced 3.0 oz
Cherry tomatoes, halved 10.0 count

Instructions

Step #1 (Cheese Sauce):

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add milk and cheese; cook until melted.
  • Add the green chilies, salt, and pepper. Reserve warm.

Step #2 (Sliders):

  • For each serving; prepare four lattice fries according to the package directions. Saute 1-1/2 oz. of peppers and onions according to the package directions
  • Top two lattice fries each with seasoned cooked beef patty, 3/4 fl. oz. cheese sauce, 3/4 oz. peppers and onions and top each with remaining fries.
  • Garnish each slider with a slice of jalapeno and a half cherry tomato.
