Ingredient Measurement
Olive oil 1.0 fl oz
Cremini mushrooms, sliced 28.0 oz
Zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced 28.0 oz
Garlic, minced 1.0 tbsp
Salt 2.0 tsp
Pepper, black 1.0 tsp

Roasted tomato sauce, warmed 30.0 fl oz
Parmesan cheese, shaved 5.0 oz
Basil, fresh, sliced 10.0 tbsp


  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and zucchini and saute' until vegetables are cooked, but still firm. Stir in the garlic and season with salt and pepper. Keep warm and set aside for service.
  • For each portion, prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Season with salt. Place on a warmed service plate. Top with 3 fl.oz. warmed tomato sauce and 4 oz. sauteed vegetables. Garnish with 1/2 oz. Parmesan and 1 Tbps. fresh basil. Serve.
