Lemon zest 1.0 tsp
Lemon juice 1.0 tbsp
Old Bay Seasoning 1.0 tsp
Smoked paprika 0.5 tsp

Old Bay Seasoning 2.5 tsp
Crab meat, cooked, shredded 20.0 oz
Dill, fresh, chopped 4.0 tbsp
Green onions, sliced thin 10.0 tbsp

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, and smoked paprika. Store in a squeeze bottle for service.

  • For each order, prepare 8 oz. of fries according to package instructions. Toss with 1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning. Place on a serving plate. Top with 2 oz. crab meat, 1 tsp. dill, and 1 Tbsp. green onion. Drizzle with 1 oz. prepared aioli. Serve.
