Ingredient Measurement
Butter 1.0 oz
RoastWorks®: Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples 6/2.5lb 40.0 oz
Cornstarch 2.0 tbsp
Apple juice 12.0 fl oz
Cranberries, dried 1.0 oz
Sugar 1.0 tbsp


  • Melt butter in large skillet.
  • Add RoastWorks Flame-Roasted Fuji Apples and saute until heated through.
  • Stir cornstarch into 4 fl.oz. of the apple juice.
  • Add the remaining juice to the pan, along with the cranberries and sugar.
  • Simmer for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  • Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and simmer an additional 1 to 2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.

Yield: 10.0 Servings (5.0 oz.)
