Instructions

Step 1

  • Combine avocado, mayonnaise, lime, pepper, cilantro, salt and sugar in a food processor bowl and puree until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and store chilled for service.

Step 2

  • For each serving: prepare 5 oz. of chips according to the package directions. Top with a drizzle of 1 1/2 oz. of avocado sauce, 2 1/2 oz. corn and jalapeno blend prepared according to the package directions, sprinkle with 1 oz of cheese and serve with a 2 oz. cup of guacamole.
