Whisk together marshmallow cream and sour cream and transfer to a squeeze bottle. Warm chocolate sauce, place into a squeeze bottle and keep warm. Prepare sweet potato fries according to package directions.
Food show serving suggestion: in a Simplot paper boat place 3-4 fries drizzle with 1/2 fl.oz. each marshmallow and chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. graham cracker crumbs.
