BBQ Sauce, prepared 0.5 cup
Duck fat, to fill fryer, as needed -
Kitchen Craft™: Rosemary 3/8" Straight Cut, 6/5lb 16.0 oz
Duck confit, shredded, prepared 4.0 oz
Goat cheese, crumbled 3.0 oz
Chives, finely chopped -

Instructions

  • Blend jam and sauce together in bowl. Preheat duck fat in fryer to 345 degrees F. For each appetizer, prepare 16 oz of rosemary fries according to package directions, transfer to a warm serving plate. Top with duck confit, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with chives
