Blackberry jam, prepared 2.0 tbsp
BBQ Sauce, prepared 4.0 fl oz
Duck fat, to fill fryer as needed
Kitchen Craft™: Rosemary Julienne Cut 3/16", 6/5lb 16.0 oz
Duck confit, shredded, prepared 4.0 oz
Goat cheese, crumbled 3.0 oz
Chives, finely chopped as garnish

Instructions

  • Blend jam and sauce together in bowl. Preheat duck fat in fryer to 345 degrees F. For each appetizer, prepare 16 oz. of rosemary fries according to package directions, transfer to a warm serving plate. Top with duck confit, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and garnish with chives
